Note Only the Account Holder/Primary Contact of record on the account can turn Domain Protect on or off.
To change the Domain Protect status:
1. Log in to Account Manger
2. If you have more than one domain name, click on the domain name for which you want to change the Domain Protect status
To turn Domain Protect On
a. At the top of the Domain Details section, to the right of Domain Protect, click on the Turn on link (if there is only an Edit link, then Domain Protect has already been activated)
b. Select the radio button next to Turn Domain Protect on, then click on the Save button
To turn Domain Protect Off
a. At the top of the Domain Details section, to the right of Domain Protect, click on the Edit link (if there is only a Turn On link, then Domain Protect has already deactivated)
b. Select the radio button next to Turn Domain Protect off, then click on the Save button
The Domain Protect status has been changed.
