ANSWER:
In order to create your own filters. (we suggest that you keep the default settings as they work very well for the majority)

1. First login to your webmail account ie. http://webmail.yourdomain.com
2. At the top of your screen you will see 'Settings' dropdown menu. Click on the the menu and select My Spam Filtering.
3. Click Overide spam settings for this account and select how you want to handle spam for thos levels.
