For those customers that had domain names registered through us that are using ENOM as the domain registrar, you may manage your domain at http://www.enomcentral.com/ .

If you don't know your username, try the user name you use for Integral Hosting's control panel. If that doesn't work, let us know the domain name in question, and we'll help you get your user name and you can then use that to get your password from ENOM.

Each domain hosted on our servers has it's own Application Pool / Process for performance, security, and stability purposes. The advantage of having each domain hosted in a seperate application is to prevent abuse or an attack from 1 domain from effecting other customers on the same server.

Managing FTP Accounts

FTP accounts allow you to use file transfer protocol (FTP) to transfer files and perform file commands in your hosting space.

To view the list of FTP accounts, click FTP Accounts menu item on your space page. FTP Accounts page will open.

To add a new FTP account, click Create FTP Account button. FTP Account Properties page will open.

Type the name of your FTP account and password in the User Name and Password boxes. Type or browse the folder that the account has access to, and then choose access rights to this folder. Finally, click Save button.

To delete FTP account, open FTP Accounts page. Choose FTP account that you wish to delete and click on the account name. FTP Account Properties page will open. Finally, click Delete button.

Managing Web Site Pointers / Domain Aliases

Web site pointers allow you to link a single web site to different domains.

To add a web site pointer, click Add Web Site Pointer button. Add Web Site Domain Pointer page will open.

Select an existing domain from the drop-down box and click Add Pointer button. New web site pointer will be created.

To delete an existing web site pointer, just click button and confirm removal.

Creating a New Web Site

To view the list of sites, click Web Sites menu item on your space page. Web Sites page will open.

To add a new web site, click Create Web Site button. Add Web Site page will open.

Select an existing domain from the drop-down box and click Create Web Site button. Web Site Properties page will open.

If there is no available domain to select, then click Add Domain button to create a new domain.

Check that web site status is Started. Otherwise click button to start your web site.

Adding New Domain

To view the list of domains, click Domains menu item on your space page. Domains page will open.

To add a new domain, click Add Domain button. Add New Domain page will open.

Select Top-Level or Sub-Domain domain type. Specify the domain name just as you have registered it and click Add Domain button.

Deleting Domain

To delete existing domain, open Domains page and click domain you want to delete. Edit Domain page will open.

Click Delete button and confirm removal to delete domain.

Please note that you cannot delete a domain if it points to web site. In this case, delete web site or remove web site pointer.

Integral Hosting provides RapidSSL certificate for a low cost of $69 per year at http://clients.integralhosting.com/order.php. These certificates can be purchased and used with hosting provided by Integral Hosting.

SSL certificates purchased Integral Hosting includes generating a CSR (Certificate Signing Request) and installing the SSL certificate. Please remember each SSL certificate requires a dedicated IP address which may incurr additional monthly costs. Other hosting firms may have their own fees for installing SSL certificates and dedicated IPs.

What is SSL?

The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol has become the universal standard on the Web for authenticating sites and for encrypting communications between users and Web servers. Because SSL is built into all major browsers and Web servers, simply installing a digital certificate or Server ID enables SSL capabilities.

SSL server authentication allows users to confirm a Web server's identity. SSL-enabled client software, such as a Web browser, can automatically check that a server's certificate and public ID are valid and have been issued by a certificate authority (CA) — such as VeriSign — listed in the client software's list of trusted CAs. SSL server authentication is vital for secure e-commerce transactions.

An encrypted SSL connection requires all information sent between a client and a server to be encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software, protecting private information from interception over the Internet. In addition, all data sent over an encrypted SSL connection is protected with a mechanism for detecting tampering — that is, for automatically determining whether the data has been altered in transit. This means that users can confidently send private data, such as credit card numbers, to a website, trusting that SSL keeps it private and confidential.

How Server IDs Work:

A customer contacts your site and accesses a secured URL: a page secured by a Server ID (indicated by a URL that begins with "https:" instead of just "http:" or by a message from the browser).

Your server responds, automatically sending the customer your site's digital certificate, which authenticates your site.

Your customer's Web browser generates a unique "session key" (like a code) to encrypt all communications with the site.

The user's browser encrypts the session key with your site's public key so only your site can read the session key. Depending on the browser, the user may see a key icon becoming whole or a padlock closing, indicating that the session is secure.

A secure session is now established--all communications will be encrypted and can only be decrypted by the two parties in the session. It all takes only seconds and requires no action by the user.

Bandwidth Report

Bandwidth report allows you to view bandwidth consumption by your website from various Resources.

To view Bandwidth report, click Reporting > Bandwidth Report menu item in the top menu pane. You can enter From and To dates to specify date range of the report.

Hosting Space - the Hosting Plan assigned by your Hoster.
Status - shows whether your Hosting Account is active/suspended.
Allocated, MB - the total bandwidth allocated to your plan in Megabytes.
Used,MB - the total bandwidth used by you.
Usage, % - total bandwidth used by you in percentage.
User - user name.
Nested Spaces - number of nested spaces within the root space.

To view details report for that particular space, click Search Report button image.

To export report to HTML, click Export Report button.
