Signing Out

To sign out of the control panel, just click Sign Out link in the top pane. You will be taken to DotNetPanel sign-in page.

Many browsers keep your session in memory even after you sign out. If you are not the only one that uses your computer, then be sure to close all running copies of your browser before leaving your workstation. This will clear the browser's memory and make it impossible to sign-in to the control panel without the correct password.

View Your Account Summary

To view your account summary, follow these steps:

Sign in to DotNetPanel.
Open Account Home page. In the right pane, click View Account Summary link.
User Account Summary page will open.
Enter your email address and click Send button to send hosting account information to your email.

Changing Your Account Details

To view and change your personal account details, follow these steps:

Sign in to DotNetPanel.
Open Account Home page. In the right pane, click Edit Details link.
User Account Details page will open.
Review and change your personal information, and then click Update button.

Forgot Your Password

If you forget your password, you can send yourself a password reminder e-mail message.

In the sign-in page, click Forgot your password? link. Password Reminder page will open.
In the Username box, type your name.
Click Send my password button. Your password will be sent to your e-mail address

Changing Your Password

To help protect your personal information, change your password regularly. To change your password, follow these steps:

Sign in to DotNetPanel.
Open Account Home page. In the right pane, click Change Password link.
Change Password page will open.
Type and confirm a new password for your account. Note that your password is case sensitive.
Click Change Password button.

Even a strong password can be guessed. People who have enough time and computing power can eventually determine any password. To help protect your personal information, security experts recommend that you change your password regularly and avoid repeating the previously used passwords.

To sign in to the DotNetPanel, follow these steps:

Open in your web browser the URL where your DotNetPanel is located, e.g. http://mydomain.com:9001/.
DotNetPanel sign-in page will open.
Enter your name and password (provided by your hosting provider) into the Username and Password boxes, respectively.
If you sign in to DotNetPanel for the first time, select the language and theme for your control panel from the Language and Theme drop-down boxes, respectively.
Check Remember me on this computer box if you don't want to have to sign in every time you launch DotNetPanel.
Click Sign In button.
