FrontPage
Version Control
FTP

DETAILS

Check to see if you have FrontPage Version Control enabled in the FrontPage Web Administration. When you enable FrontPage Version Control, the server extension will change the file attribute to ReadOnly.

To resolve the problem, you can either

1. Use FrontPage to update or delete the file
2. Turn off FrontPage version control

In general, if you intend to use FrontPage as your authoring tool, you should not use FTP to manipulate files.

ANSWER:
If your website still shows the Parking page for your domain then make sure that you uploaded the files to the wwwroot directory. The wwwroot directory is what should hold your website content.
